“JD Arandia is a stand-up comedian and host of the podcast "The Voice Party." As his show approaches it's 100th episode, JD decides to run in a 5k fundraiser and work on improving his health. However, repairing a lifetime of unhealthy decisions proves to be more of a challenge than JD realized and so he enlists the help personal trainers, fitness gurus, and former unhealthy people to help him along the way. “
After becoming an official selection for three Film Festivals, Unhealthy Comedian would win a ‘Best Feature Film’ award before premiering on the streaming service PLEX in February 2022. It is also available on Amazon Prime Video, Roku, and Tubi.
